This was the last photo of our first jack-o-lantern taken before the Tuesday morning trash pickup. He simply died of old age (see the age spots?)
Mr. Pumpkinhead’s last wish was to vote in the election. He was ill and he voted on Wednesday, November 5 for George Bush. David gave him his “I voted” sticker.
He didn’t need to know. He died at peace with his dream.
Like Frosty Cottontail, he will be missed by everyone who loves seasonal character decor!
