CT Layouts, March Challenge, Retiring Kits, Free QP

I’m excited to show off some layouts with my newest kit, “I Feel Lucky” done by my new March CT members!

Fenny is a Mom of three from Singapore who’s been digi-scrapping for about a year. She likes to scrap many things, but naturally, her favorite subject to scrap is her three boys! This is one of the three layouts she’s already done with “I Feel Lucky.” I just love this one! Family really is one of the greatest gifts we’re so lucky to have!

Jana is from the Czech Republic and this is her first CT spot! The main focus of her layouts is her 19-month old son. She did this of his first birthday. I love to watch little ones tear into gifts! Wonderful techniques with the extraction and using the horseshoe for the “U.”

Be sure to stop by these ladies’ blogs and leave them some love on their wonderful layouts in their galleries!

“I Wanna Talk About Me”

This month’s “I Wanna Talk About Me” challenge at Scrap Bird is all about luck! The challenge is simple, scrap a picture of you and something that makes you lucky or a picture of what makes you lucky with a little journaling about how how it makes you lucky. It’s a pretty broad challenge, use your wildest imagination!

Stop on over at Scrap Bird and post your layout for the challenge and get this set of quick pages made with Crimson and Clover!

The one stipulation of the challenge is you must have at least one element by a Scrap Bird designer, store product or blog freebie. “I Feel Lucky” is a perfect kit for this challenge and it’s on sale for March at half off! Of course, there’s also the free sampler here too! Remember that using a Digitalegacies product gets you the blog bonus, so make your Scrap Bird designer item mine and get the quick pages PLUS the kit, “Crimson and Clover!

Come check out all the challenges at Scrap Bird! We have enough seed in our feeders to get your creativity soaring!

RETIRING SOON!

I sent out the early warning and now is the time! My first three kits will be retiring in one week! “Train, Train,” “I’m All In” and “Raspberry-Orange Slushie” will no longer be available for free download after 11:59 PM EDT on March 13. The two theme kits will be lending some inspiration for future kits, but the full kit for absolutely free will be gone after next Friday. Of course the new kits will have their own extras as freebies and the ones in the store will have a year’s worth of polish on my skills as a designer on them. I can’t wait to do them and show them off!

In the mean time, if you haven’t downloaded these free kits, make sure you click the freebies link and get them while you still can!

A NEW Freebie!

While the mad scramble commences for the retiring freebies, I have a brand new freebie!

You’ll get a warm quilt of romance in this quick page done with “Your Own Special Way!

My sample is a picture of my brother and she-who-will-be-my-sis-in-law, in two weeks, on the horse and carriage ride where he proposed. So, the password for the Quilted Quick Page is new-sister! Click the preview to download!
