The Chronicles of Nani On Video

I am overcoming my inability to type with my ability to talk (and talk and talk and talk) I'll be posting a video every week on my YouTube channel. I'll be posting those videos here too along with an occasional regular blog in the mix. (As long as my hands are up to doing the extra typing.)

You'll be able to watch the videos here, but I encourage you to stop by my channel at YouTube once I'm up and running to follow me and get my numbers started!

Monday Quiz About Me

1. What is your favorite Olympic sport?

Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics

2. What is the healthiest meal you've eaten this week?

I’m a fairly healthy eater and I carefully balance food I like. I guess maybe a salad with bell peppers and tomatoes with tuna, Kalamata olives and vinaigrette?

3. What is the unhealthiest meal you've eaten this week?

I don’t ever count ice cream as unhealthy. It’s psychologically essential to good health

I had a 4-WW-point value menu onion rings with my salad from Burger King on my birthday.

4. What jewelry do you wear every day?

I wear my wedding ring every day and a bracelet most days, even when I’m at home.

And don't forget to add a 5th Question on your own blog so we can answer as we hop around!

What are the three top spices in your spice rack?

The world will surely come to an end if I run out of garlic powder or basil! They are my go-to spices for everything from soup to meat to roasted veggies. The next used spice in my kitchen is cinnamon, for both sweet and savory recipes.

Omg.. Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Curry Powder. All are must haves..

And the world WILL end if I don't have fresh garlic ;)

I don't use a lot of spices, but I do have some oregano and basil for lasagna, and cinnamon for candied yams. Exciting, huh?

By the way, thanks for stopping by today :)

As long as I don't run out of garlic powder and onion powder, I'm a happy cooker. To be honest though, I don't really do much cooking outside of breakfast, and maybe supper once a week.

You have a great day, hugs, Edna B.
